Koen Hemmes Consultant Executive Search 020-612 55 22 Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale onderneming, wereldwijd actief in ontwerp, productie en constructie ten behoeve van toelevering van grondstoffen die nodig zijn bij, onder andere, productieprocessen. De organisatie is onderverdeeld in een aantal divisies, waarvan één zich uitsluitend richt op industriële klanten. De omzet van dit onderdeel is ruim een half miljard Euro. Voor deze divisie zoeken wij per direct een Interim Legal Director hands-on, internationale mindset, contracting Je ondersteunt als Legal Director a.i. deze industriële divisie op breed juridisch gebied. Circa de helft van je werkzaamheden bestaat uit adviseren over grote, vaak internationale contracten. Meestal complexe engineering contracten (EPC, FIDIC), soms meer algemeen inkoop en aankoop. Daarnaast adviseer je op breed ondernemingsrechtelijk terrein, zoals corporate governance en herstructureringen, in binnen- en buitenland. In de buitenlanden werk je met lokale collega's en externe adviseurs waar nodig. Een deel van je werkzaamheden ziet voorts op mogelijke litigation issues, met hulp van externe advocaten. Ook ben je functioneel manager van twee paralegals. Je rapporteert aan het hoofdkantoor in Frankrijk. Profiel - ervaren interim-jurist met internationale ervaring en mindset - Nederlands Academisch geschoold jurist / Dutch Qualified Lawyer - stevige, contractuele basis, kennis van en ervaring met EPC en FIDIC - ervaring binnen een industriële en productie omgeving - ervaring met aansturen juristen in binnen- en buitenland - grote scope of control, stressbestendig, hands-on en proactief - vloeiend in Engels, in woord en geschrift Propositie - een uitdagende, breed juridische rol met veel internationale exposure - in een onderneming met een prachtige en unieke productie-capaciteit - in Nederland gevestigd in het oosten van het land, deels hybride werken mogelijk - start per direct - voor...
