To drive its strategic goals forward, KNDS aims to further strengthen its Amsterdam headquarters with the addition of a Capital Markets, Regulations & Governance Counsel In this newly created central role, you will support KNDS' ambition to transition into and operate within a listed-company environment. Working from the General Counsel's office, you will focus on regulatory and governance matters, including disclosure obligations, market abuse regulations and insider dealing rules. In close cooperation with senior management, Compliance, Investor Relations, external advisers and regulators, you will help embed these requirements in a clear and robust Group governance framework.
