Met 140+ kantoren en 600+ medewerkers realiseerde ERA het afgelopen jaar meer dan 10.500 vastgoedtransacties. Als marktleider in de Belgische vastgoedsector zijn we daar uiteraard heel trots op, maar the best is yet to come! Om verder te groeien en onze ambities waar te maken, zijn we op zoek naar toptalent. Mensen die zich voor 100% inzetten en steeds verder willen ontwikkelen op zowel persoonlijk als professioneel vlak.

Met het ERA Shared Service Center ondersteunen we onze makelaars zodat zij zich volledig kunnen focussen op klanten en deals. Binnen dit model is Sales Support één van de drie pijlers, naast 1st Line Contact en Legal Support.

Als Sales Support medewerker ben jij de administratieve spil van onze verkoopsdossiers en zorg je ervoor dat elk dossier vlot, correct en efficiënt door het verkoopproces loopt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor het opmaken en administratief verwerken van verkoopovereenkomsten.
  • Je leest aktes na en volgt de verdere afhandeling ervan op.
  • Je beheert vastgoed- en juridische dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met notarissen, makelaars en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers tijdig en correct worden afgewerkt.
  • Je detecteert ontbrekende informatie en neemt initiatief om dossiers te vervolledigen.
  • Je ondersteunt onze makelaars bij juridische en administratieve vragen rond hun dossiers.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze vastgoedtransacties ook juridisch vlot en correct verlopen.

Je bent iemand die:

  • gebeten is door de juridische wereld en interesse heeft in vastgoed;
  • graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over dossiers;
  • nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag samenwerkt met collega's;
  • communicatief sterk is en vlot contacten onderhoudt met verschillende partijen;
  • deadlines respecteert en prioriteiten kan stellen;
  • een hands-on mentaliteit en positieve ingesteldheid heeft;
  • vlot overweg kan met MS Office.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een juridische of vastgoedgerichte richting;
  • en/of relevante ervaring als juridisch dossierbeheerder, juridisch medewerker of in een gelijkaardige functie.
