STARTEN SIE IHRE KARRIERE BEI ESW 2 Lehrlingsausbilder/in gewerbliche Lehrlinge (m/w/d) Anstellung: Teilzeit - Standort: Tenneck

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Koordination aller im ESW angebotenen gewerblichen Lehrberufe (fachlich sowie überbetrieblich mit externen Ausbildungseinrichtungen) entsprechend des im ESW vorgegebenen bzw. zu adaptierenden Ausbildungsplanes/Lehrplanes je Lehrberuf.

* Grundausbildung aller gewerblichen Lehrlinge

* Ausbildung des Lehrberufs Zerspanungstechniker im Anschluss an die Grundausbildung.

* Vorbereitung der Lehrlinge auf ihre Tätigkeit als Facharbeiter für die Produktion.

* Begleitung der Lehrlinge in fachlicher und persönlicher Hinsicht.

* Mitarbeit im Recruiting (Schulbesuche, Berufsinformationsmessen, usw. ...)

* Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von kurz- und langfristigen Aktivitäten/Strategien zur Akquisition von Lehrlingen und zu den Inhalten der Lehrlingsausbildung.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, LAP,...) mit Meisterprüfung.

* Lehrlingsausbilderkurs

* Praktische Erfahrung in der Lehrlingsausbildung

* Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse (inkl. Berufserfahrung) im CNC-Fräs- und Drehbereich

* Sie sind motiviert, Teamplayer und verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 50.000,- brutto p.a. Abhängig von Ihrer persönlichen Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung bieten wir für diese Tätigkeit eine entsprechende Überzahlung.
