Zur Verstärkung unseres Gastro-Teams suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt an unserem Standort Feldkirch, in Voll- oder Teilzeit einen/eine 1 Lehrlingsausbildner:in im Gastro Team (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben

* Anleitung und Begleitung von Lehrlingen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen

* Strukturierung des Ausbildungsalltags inkl. Dokumentation, Feedback und Coaching

* Gestaltung lernförderlicher Arbeitsprozesse und Zusammenarbeit mit Sozialarbeit & Leitung

* Mitwirkung bei Fallbesprechungen und in Krisensituationen

* Mitarbeit im laufenden Gastrobetrieb von X Aventure

Bestellungen, Kassa, Getränkeautomat, Hygienelisten (HACCP)

* Schnittstelle zur Abteilungs- un d Bereichsleitung

Das zeichnet Dich aus

* Abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung (Restaurantfachkraft, Tourismusschule o. ä.)

* Zusatzqualifikation als Lehrlingsausbildner:in wichtig und notwendig

* Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen in einem sozialwirtschaftlichen Kontext

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz , Empathie und Belastbarkeit

* Teamfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und Organisationstalent

* Fähigkeit zu klarer Kommunikation in einfacher Sprache

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Gender- und Diversity-Ausbildung von Vorteil
