Als leidinggevend E&I Technicus in Brielle stuur je een klein team aan dat service, kalibraties en nieuwbouwprojecten uitvoert. Je werkt bij een technisch specialist met een eigen ontwerpafdeling, E&I-werkplaats en productie voor onder meer scrubberinstallaties, monstername- en analysesystemen. Je combineert de coördinatie van de afdeling met elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en meet-en-regeltechniek. Functie-inhoud - Je coördineert service-, kalibratie- en nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden in de werkplaats en bij klanten. - Je begeleidt engineers en werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. - Je bespreekt de planning, voortgang en verbetertrajecten met je team. - Je werkt samen met andere technische disciplines aan het ontwerp en de realisatie van installaties. - Je verbetert werkprocessen, zowel intern als bij de klant. - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en leveranciers. Functie-eisen - Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je kunt een klein team van technische specialisten aansturen. - Je kunt servicewerkzaamheden plannen en coördineren in de eigen werkplaats en op klantlocaties. - Je hebt affiniteit met elektrotechnische systemen, kalibratie, panelenbouw en meet-en-regeltechniek. - Je gebruikt je analytische vaardigheden om processen te verbeteren. - Je communiceert helder en werkt effectief samen met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
