Voor een groeiende technische organisatie in de regio Haarlem zoeken wij een Leidinggevend Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek. In deze functie combineer je het aansturen van monteurs met het zelf uitvoeren van elektrotechnische werkzaamheden binnen uiteenlopende woningbouwprojecten. Je werkt in een hecht team, krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en draagt direct bij aan hoogwaardige en duurzame installaties. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Leidinggevend Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorg je samen met je team voor een succesvolle uitvoering van elektrotechnische projecten. - Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van monteurs tijdens de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Zelf meewerken aan de aanleg, montage en aansluiting van elektrotechnische installaties binnen woningbouwprojecten; - Controleren en testen van installaties om kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte werking te waarborgen; - Bewaken van de planning, voortgang, gewerkte uren en het beschikbare projectbudget; - Signaleren en oplossen van technische knelpunten en waar nodig aanpassen van technische tekeningen.
