Leidinggevend Monteur Brandmeldinstallaties - VDHI | Nederweert | Limburg - Werkomgeving: landelijk - 32 - 40 uur per week Jij kent het vak. En zorgt dat het op de werkvloer goed gebeurt. Vandaag de laatste punten afgerond bij een oplevering, morgen start je met je team een brandmeld- project. Je werkt mee aan diverse projecten door heel Nederland. Jij staat tussen je mensen, weet wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt dat het werk goed wordt uitgevoerd. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt monteurs aan en schakelt met de projectleiding, klanten en andere partijen op het project. Je bent technisch sterk, kent de wereld van brandmeldinstallaties en weet hoe belangrijk kwaliteit, veiligheid en een goede oplevering zijn. Waar nodig hak je knopen door en los je problemen op voordat ze groter worden. Wat ga je doen? Als leidinggevend monteur ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je werkt zelf mee , maar zorgt er tegelijkertijd voor dat je team weet wat er moet gebeuren en dat het project volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Jij houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van collega monteurs op het project; - Zelfstandig uitvoeren en controleren van werkzaamheden aan brandmeldinstallaties; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid op de werkvloer; - Het verdelen van werkzaamheden binnen je team; - Het signaleren en oplossen van technische problemen; - Het controleren en testen van installaties; - Het verzorgen van een nette en complete oplevering; - Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en andere partijen op locatie; - Afstemmen van de voortgang met de projectleider(s) en Hoofd Uitvoering; - Het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van minder ervaren collega's; Wat je krijgt - Een goed salaris dat past bij jouw ervaring en kennis; - Een eigen bedrijfswagen met elektrisch gereedschap; - 25 vakantiedagen, 13 Atv-dagen & een extra dag voor tandarts- en doktersafspraken op basis van een fulltime dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Op...
