Als leidinggevend monteur E zoek je een functie waarin je verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor één of meerdere projecten in de woningbouw, appartementenbouw of kleine utiliteit. Je stuurt monteurs aan, motiveert het team en zorgt dat het werk goed verloopt. Je werkt vanuit een vaste standplaats en bent vooral actief in de regio. Samen met de projectleider zorg je ervoor dat de elektrotechnische installaties in nieuwbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten naar wens worden uitgevoerd. In deze rol breng je installaties aan, begeleid je collega-monteurs en coördineer je de werkzaamheden op locatie. Je houdt het meer- en minderwerk bij, bewaakt de kwaliteit en helpt mee waar nodig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nette oplevering en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor collega's en betrokkenen op de bouw. Met jouw ervaring zorg je dat de projecten soepel verlopen en de installaties goed worden afgerond. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een opleiding op mbo-niveau, minimaal op niveau 3 of gelijkwaardig door praktijkervaring. - Een geldig VCA VOL certificaat (pré). - Een rijbewijs B (BE is pré). - Bereidheid tot het volgen van aanvullende opleidingen. - Aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevend monteur.
