Als Leidinggevend Monteur E ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt een team van monteurs aan en zorgt ervoor dat elektrotechnische installaties volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de projectleider, andere disciplines en de opdrachtgever. Daarnaast pak je zelf ook de gereedschapskist wanneer dat nodig is, want je blijft een vakman in hart en nieren. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten waarbij innovatie en duurzaamheid centraal staan, van energiebesparende verlichting tot laadpalen en slimme gebouwbeheersystemen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coachen van een team elektromonteurs op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Afstemmen met projectleiding, andere disciplines en opdrachtgevers; - Technische werkvoorbereiding en materiaalplanning; - Zelf meewerken aan complexe elektrotechnische installaties; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over oplossingen; - Zorgen voor een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving.
