Jouw uitdaging als Leidinggevend monteur E Als leidinggevend monteur Elektrotechniek ben je onderdeel van een leuk team van collega's en heb jij de verantwoordelijk voor de montagewerkzaamheden aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Je geeft leiding aan leerling- en (1e) monteurs en werkt mee aan het installeren en opleveren van (soms complexe) installaties. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, houdt toezicht en geeft vakinhoudelijke aanwijzingen. Daarnaast heb regelmatig contact met bouwpartners en houd je de projectadministratie bij. Uiteraard werk je conform (veiligheids-)voorschriften en KAM-procedures en zie je erop toe dat je collega’s dit ook doen. Van Unica mag je veel verwachten. We zeggen niet voor niets: ‘Unitedcando.’. bus en persoonlijk gereedschap. Vrije tijd: 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen om te ontspannen en te genieten.
