Als Leidinggevend Monteur E ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat elektrotechnische installaties vakkundig en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd. Je combineert hands-on werkzaamheden met leidinggevende taken en bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de technische uitvoering als de begeleiding van jouw team. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en andere disciplines om projecten succesvol af te ronden. Daarnaast ben je het gezicht van de organisatie op de bouwplaats en onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van elektromonteurs op diverse projectlocaties; - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een efficiënte planning; - Zelf hands-on meewerken aan de installatie van elektrotechnische systemen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang tijdens de uitvoering van projecten; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en collega's; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over oplossingen; - Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en zorgen voor correcte oplevering; - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en groei van teamleden door coaching en begeleiding.
