Als Leidinggevend Monteur Elektrotechniek combineer je jouw technische kennis met een coördinerende rol. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk op locatie goed verloopt en dat de elektrotechnische installaties volgens planning en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Coördineren van elektrotechnische werkzaamheden op de projectlocatie; - Aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs, onderaannemers en inleenkrachten; - Zelf meewerken aan de installatie wanneer dat nodig is; - Voorbereiden en organiseren van het werk op locatie; - Werken aan renovatieprojecten bij vaste klanten; - Controleren of werkzaamheden volgens tekening, planning en voorschriften worden uitgevoerd; - Bespreken van de voortgang met de projectleider; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de klant op locatie; - Signaleren en oplossen van technische knelpunten; - Opleveren van de gerealiseerde installatie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je hebt al de nodige ervaring binnen de elektrotechniek en bent klaar voor een volgende stap. Misschien geef je inmiddels informeel leiding, of je bent al werkzaam als eerste monteur en wilt officieel de stap naar een leidinggevende rol maken. Verder beschik je over: - Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding richting Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 2 jaar recente ervaring in een vergelijkbare technische functie; - Je houdt overzicht en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen; - Je communiceert gemakkelijk met klanten en projectleiders; - Rijbewijs B is bij voorkeur aanwezig.
