Als Leidinggevend Monteur Elektrotechniek ben je de cruciale schakel tussen de werkvloer en het projectmanagement. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van elektromonteurs en bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering van complexe elektrotechnische installaties in utiliteitsgebouwen. Je vertaalt technische tekeningen naar concrete werkplannen en zorgt voor een efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van projecten. Je fungeert als technisch geweten van je team en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats. Met jouw ervaring en technische kennis bewaak je de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van het werk. Daarnaast coach en ontwikkel je je teamleden en stimuleer je een cultuur van vakmanschap en samenwerking. Jouw taken omvatten: - Dagelijkse aansturing van een team van 5-10 monteurs op de projectlocatie; - Technisch vertalen van installatietekeningen naar praktische werkplannen; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden met andere disciplines en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van de projectplanning, -kwaliteit en -veiligheid; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en oplossen van technische vraagstukken; - Verzorgen van werkbesprekingen en toolboxmeetings; - Coachen en opleiden van (leerling)monteurs; - Rapporteren aan de projectleider over voortgang en eventuele knelpunten Voor ambitieuze professionals biedt deze functie uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden.
