Als leidinggevend monteur luchtkanalen combineer je jouw technische vakmanschap met het begeleiden en opleiden van hulpmonteurs. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de montage van luchttechnische installaties en bent verantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle oplevering van onze projecten. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het monteren van luchttechnische installaties, zoals ronde en rechthoekige luchtkanalen en luchttechnische componenten. - Het aansturen, begeleiden en opleiden van hulpmonteurs tot zelfstandige professionals. - Het bewaken van kwaliteit en het tijdig opleveren van werkzaamheden binnen de afgesproken planning. - Het onderhouden van contacten met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en opdrachtgevers. - Het registreren van gewerkte uren in weekrapporten. Jij zorgt er niet alleen voor dat het werk technisch perfect wordt uitgevoerd, maar ook dat het team optimaal functioneert. Hoe ziet een werkdag eruit? Geen dag is hetzelfde als leidinggevend monteur. Je begint de dag op de projectlocatie en bespreekt met je team de planning en verdeling van taken. Vervolgens begeleid je de hulpmonteurs bij de montage van luchtkanalen, controleer je de kwaliteit van het werk en stem je met de projectleider eventuele wijzigingen of uitdagingen af. Tussendoor registreer je de voortgang in rapportages en onderhoud je contact met de opdrachtgever. Je sluit de dag af met het voorbereiden van de planning voor de volgende dag, zodat jouw team goed voorbereid aan het werk kan.
