Jouw uitdaging als Leidinggevend Monteur Werktuigbouwkunde Als leidinggevend monteur werktuigbouw ben je onderdeel van het team Service Projecten W. Hier worden modificatieve projecten uitgevoerd (tot +/- €500.000). Jij hebt de verantwoordelijk voor de montagewerkzaamheden aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Dit doe je samen met leerling- en (1e) monteurs waar jij de leiding over geeft. Ons klantportfolio is divers. Denk hierbij aan Chassé theater Breda, zorginstellingen, Rijksvastgoedbedrijf en Defensie. Zo is geen klant of opdracht hetzelfde. Jij werkt mee aan het installeren en opleveren van (soms complexe) installaties, coördineert de werkzaamheden, houdt toezicht en geeft vakinhoudelijke aanwijzingen aan collega's. Uiteraard werk je conform (veiligheids-)voorschriften en zie je erop toe dat je collega’s dit ook doen. Wat biedt Unica jou? Wie ben jij? Opleiding: Afgeronde MBO niveau 3 diploma in installatietechniek of werktuigbouwkunde. Ervaring: Ruime ervaring in het vak, bij voorkeur utiliteit. Skills: Teamspeler met een positieve instelling, inspirerend leider en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Taal: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Persoonlijkheid: Je bent bereid om te blijven leren en groeien, zowel professioneel als persoonlijk. Vanwege onze werkzaamheden voor overheidsinstanties is het noodzakelijk dat je een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) kunt overleggen. Jouw team Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht team binnen Unica Building Services Oosterhout, de one-stop-shop voor gebouwgebonden techniek. Samen met je teamgenoten - van projectleiders tot leerling monteurs - bied je de beste service aan klanten zoals gemeentes, onderwijsinstellingen, logistieke bedrijven en banken. Jouw inzet is cruciaal in het leveren van een ultieme klantbeleving. Als leidinggevend monteur werktuigbouwkunde ben je onderdeel van het team Service Projecten W. Het team bestaat uit 15 collega's op de binnendienst en 34 collega's in de buitendienst. Service projecten pakt de middellange tot lange projecten op. De projecten vloeien vaak voort uit reeds bestaande klant contracten. Binnen deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer voor klant, collega's en stuur je onderaannemers aan.
