Jouw uitdaging als Leidinggevend monteur W Als leidinggevend monteur Werktuigbouwkunde ben je onderdeel van een leuk team van collega's en heb jij de verantwoordelijk voor de montagewerkzaamheden aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Je geeft leiding aan leerling- en (1e) monteurs en werkt mee aan het installeren en opleveren van (soms complexe) installaties. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, houdt toezicht en geeft vakinhoudelijke aanwijzingen. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met bouwpartners en houd je de projectadministratie bij. Uiteraard werk je conform (veiligheids-)voorschriften en KAM-procedures en zie je erop toe dat je collega’s dit ook doen. We zeggen niet voor niets: ‘Samen maken we de toekomst’. Wat biedt Unica jou? Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde; Ruime ervaring in het vak, bij voorkeur in de utiliteit; Uitstekende planningsvaardigheden; Een communicatief sterke persoonlijkheid; Een representatieve, flexibele en positieve instelling. Jouw team Bij Unica Building Projects Zuid werk je samen met zo’n 100 betrokken collega’s aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw.
