Kuijpers Leidinggevend Monteur Werktuigbouwkunde Rotterdam Noord-Brabant Werktuigbouwkunde Jouw werkplek staat vast. Je werk niet. Werken op één vaste locatie in hartje Rotterdam. Mijn baan Je werkt op één vaste locatie in hartje Rotterdam, Het iconisch bedrijfsverzamelgebouw direct naast Rotterdam Centraal. Een groot en dynamisch pand uit de jaren 50 waar honderden bedrijven zijn gevestigd. Als Leidinggevend Monteur Werktuigbouwkunde werk ik samen met 2 tot 4 collega's van Kuijpers aan uiteenlopende technische werkzaamheden. Ik heb een vaste locatie, maar mijn werk is iedere dag anders. De ene keer vervang ik een luchtbehandelingskast, de volgende keer pas ik een installatie aan voor een nieuwe huurder of werk ik aan een aanpassing in het leidingwerk. De werkzaamheden komen voornamelijk voort uit de wensen van de huurders en variëren van kleine aanpassingen tot projecten die enkele maanden duren. I k werk vanuit een overzichtelijke basisinstallatie en pas deze aan op basis van de wensen en opdrachten van de huurders. De ene keer maak ik een ruimte technisch geschikt voor een nieuwe supermarkt of restaurant, de andere keer pas ik een installatie aan voor een nieuwe indeling of verplaats ik een koffiecorner, airco of toiletgroep. Op locatie werk ik nauw samen met de servicemonteur van Kuijpers: ik richt me vooral op de aanpassingen en projecten, terwijl de servicemonteur zich bezighoudt met service en onderhoud. Ik houd het overzicht, stem de werkzaamheden af met collega's en onderaannemers en werk zelf actief mee. Een vaste werkplek, veel afwisseling en de combinatie van zelf aanpakken en coördineren. Daarom pas ik bij Kuijpers! Ik ben een ervaren werktuigbouwkundig monteur die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
