Dit voedingsbedrijf is expert in het verwerken van gevogelte en het maken van lekkere kant-en-klare maaltijden en sauzen. Met 40 locaties in 7 verschillende landen zijn ze heel groot en sterk. Je komt dus terecht in een gezond bedrijf dat hard groeit.

De sfeer is er erg goed omdat iedereen elkaar kent. Het bedrijf kiest voor vernieuwing om vooruit te gaan, maar blijft ook realistisch zodat doelen haalbaar zijn. Daarnaast vinden ze het belangrijk dat iedereen verantwoordelijkheid neemt om eerlijk en milieubewust te werken.

Je kunt het bedrijf alleen bereiken met de auto of de fiets.

Voor deze job als Leidinggevend operator in 2 ploegen werk je in de fabriek in Olen. Hier werken elke dag zo'n 200 mensen samen in een gezellige familiesfeer aan lekkere producten van goede kwaliteit.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar tegelijk ook graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en anderen aanstuurt? Dan is deze job als leidinggevende operator precies wat je zoekt! Je wordt beloond met een competitief startloon aangevuld met een ploegenpremie, €10 maaltijdcheques en jaarlijkse ecocheques.

Takenpakket:

  • Optimaliseren van de machineparkbediening
  • Uitvoeren van taken in overeenstemming met de productieplanning en zorgvuldig monitoren
  • Actief oplossen van kleine storingen
  • Leiden van een team van ongeveer 5 personen
  • Actieve monitoring van de kwaliteit van geproduceerde goederen met vereiste inspecties en metingen
  • Regulier rapporteren aan zowel de productieverantwoordelijke als de shiftleader
  • Je werkt graag in een tweeploegensysteem: (6-14u & 14-22u)
  • Het handhaven van orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • De hygiënevoorschriften zorgvuldig naleven is voor jouw een vanzelfsprekendheid
  • Je bezit uitstekende communicatievaardigheden
  • Comfortabel werken in een koude omgeving (5°C)
  • Je ziet de voordelen van flexibel werken
