Ben jij een ervaren plaatwerker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, collega’s begeleidt en trots is op vakmanschap? Dan hebben wij een fantastische kans voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als (leidinggevend) plaatwerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze productie. Je werkt dagelijks aan het vervaardigen van luchtkanalen en hulpstukken voor projecten in utiliteitsbouw, industrie en woningbouw. Naast je technische werkzaamheden neem je het voortouw in het team, bewaak je de kwaliteit en zorg je dat het werk soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Jouw taken: - Zelfstandig vervaardigen van luchtkanalen en hulpstukken uit staal, RVS en aluminium. - Produceren van rechthoekige luchtkanalen volgens werktekeningen en specificaties. - Instellen en bedienen van plaatbewerkingsmachines zoals knipbanken, zetbanken, walsen en felsmachines. - Controleren van maatvoering, afwerking en kwaliteit. - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethoden. - Coachen en aansturen van collega’s op de werkvloer. Wat neem je mee? - Aantoonbare ervaring als plaatwerker, bij voorkeur in de luchtkanalenbranche of met dunwandig plaatwerk. - Leidinggevende capaciteiten of ambitie om deze rol verder te ontwikkelen. - Kunnen lezen van werktekeningen en veilig werken met plaatbewerkingsmachines. - Ervaring met lasersnijden en lassen is een pluspunt. - Heftruckcertificaat is een pré. - Nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en een proactieve houding. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit.
