Flexibele uren en kans op een vast contract! Wat ga je doen? Op het drukke station Amsterdam Sloterdijk stappen dagelijks reizigers binnen bij AH to go voor een snelle maaltijd of een warme drank. Als Leidinggevende bij AH to go in Amsterdam vorm jij het centrale aanspreekpunt tijdens de dienst. Je combineert het organiseren van de werkzaamheden met actieve ondersteuning op de winkelvloer, zodat de winkelstroom ononderbroken en gestroomlijnd blijft verlopen. Jouw werk als Leidinggevende In deze functie verdeel je de werkzaamheden en zorg je dat iedereen gericht aan de slag gaat. Doordat je zelf direct meedraait in het team, merk je knelpunten op de vloer meteen op en stuur je bij waar nodig. Jouw takenpakket: - Je instrueert de medewerkers en stelt heldere prioriteiten voor de shift; - Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse winkelwerkzaamheden en pakt obstakels direct aan; - Je controleert het productaanbod op kwaliteit en ziet toe op de veiligheidsnormen; - Je bevordert een prettige onderlinge samenwerking en houdt de motivatie hoog; - Je waarborgt een overzichtelijke, schone en goed gevulde winkelomgeving. Over AH to go / NS Bij AH to go werk je op een levendige locatie waar reizigers rekenen op snelheid en kwaliteit. NS biedt jou als Leidinggevende een betrouwbare werkplek met ruime opleidingsmogelijkheden en perspectief op doorgroei.
