Sinds de opening van ons hotel in januari 2021 zijn wij uitgegroeid tot het #1 hotel in Heerlen. Ons aanbod omvat een restaurant, brasserie, bar, een prachtige binnenhof en een vijverterras. Met ons hotel hebben we ons horeca aanbod compleet gemaakt en bieden we een unieke ervaring voor zowel onze gasten als medewerkers. Leidinggevende Bediening gezocht bij Auberge de Rousch in Heerlen: een dynamische rol waarin je gastvrijheid combineert met leidinggeven en zorg draagt voor vlekkeloze evenementen. Wij zoeken een proactieve en gastvrije leidinggevende(e) die: - Met aantoonbare ervaring in de horeca en ambitie om een leidinggevende rol op je te nemen - Gastvrijheid in zijn DNA heeft; je haalt energie uit het creëren van blije gasten - Zelfstandigheid is en het vermogen heeft om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor uiteenlopende evenementen - Rust en overzicht behoudt, ook tijdens drukke momenten, met sterke vaardigheden in het aansturen van een team - Een flexibele instelling heeft; je geniet van afwisselende werkzaamheden zoals het ombouwen van ruimtes voor feesten, vergaderingen of diners - Bereid is om flexibel te werken; wisselende werktijden passen perfect in jouw leven - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal heeft, met een collegiale en teamgerichte houding Als leidinggevende bediening ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en ben je verantwoordelijk een evenement of restaurant avond.
