Manpower zoekt een flexodrukker voor een bedrijf in Groningen.

Als flexodruk ga jij je bezighouden met:

- Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van flexodrukmachines en het printsysteem

- Oplossen van technische storingen en optimaliseren van het productieproces

- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bewaken van veiligheidsvoorschriften

- Leidinggeven aan en begeleiden van medewerkers in het productieteam

- Uitvoeren van licht onderhoud aan machines om storingen te voorkomen

- Rapporteren aan de productieleider en bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris van € 2.640 tot € 3.520,- per maand

- Reiskostenvergoeding volgens regeling opdrachtgever

- Fulltime baan van 36 uur per week

- Direct contract bij opdrachtgever

- Ervaring als flexodrukker of operator in een vergelijkbare grafische productieomgeving

- Leidinggevende capaciteiten en het vermogen om een team aan te sturen

- Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in het oplossen van problemen

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om soepel samen te werken en te overleggen

- Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken

- Beschikbaarheid van 36 uur per week

- Nauwkeurigheid, flexibiliteit en een positieve werkhouding (humor wordt gewaardeerd!)

- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in verband met instructies, veiligheidsvoorschriften en teamcommunicatie
