Leidinggevende Freesafdeling Bij Signnovation in Dinxperlo Als hoofd van onze freesafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team dat uit 10 mensen bestaat. Je geeft leiding, motiveert, coördineert en bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, resultaten en kwaliteit van het werk binnen jouw afdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jij en je collega's als een goed geolied team samenwerken met elkaar en andere betrokken afdelingen. Jij zorgt zowel voor de planning van de productie bij de freesmachines en de kunststoflasermachine als de planning voor de inpakkers. Je checkt tevens of de orders van de freeshal goed zijn ingevoerd en bewaakt de verzending. Ook een vast onderdeel van je werk is ervoor zorgen dat het spuitwerk op tijd klaar ligt voor verzending naar de spuiter. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's in de freeshal die bestaan uit frezers, lassers en inpakkers en zorgt ervoor dat problemen opgelost worden. Hieronder lees je wat de functie-eisen- en wensen zijn. - Je hebt kennis van freestechnieken en productieprocessen; - Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten (ervaring is fijn maar geen must als je wel over de vaardigheden en persoonlijkheid beschikt om leiding te kunnen geven en te kunnen coördineren); - Het is belangrijk dat je goed kunt coördineren en prioriteiten kan stellen maar ook dat je mensgericht leidinggeeft. Daarmee bedoelen we onder andere dat je oog hebt voor wat mensen nodig hebben, wat kwaliteiten en valkuilen zijn en hoe je hen kan bewegen en motiveren om samen voor goede resultaten te gaan.
