FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een familiebedrijf in de regio Maldegem, gespecialiseerd in de in-house productie van hoogwaardig slaapcomfort, zijn wij op zoek naar een daadkrachtige Productie- en Aankoopverantwoordelijke. Alles van grondstof tot afgewerkt product gebeurt hier onder één dak, en in deze sleutelrol zorg jij ervoor dat dit proces op rolletjes loopt.

Functieomschrijving

In deze dynamische functie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse organisatie, werking en opvolging van het productieapparaat. Je brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende afdelingen naadloos en efficiënt met elkaar samenwerken. Je bent veelvuldig op de werkvloer te vinden, waardoor je precies weet wat er speelt. Je stuurt je team op een duidelijke, motiverende manier aan en ziet erop toe dat de planning en kwaliteitsnormen altijd gerespecteerd worden.

Daarnaast neem je op termijn de verantwoordelijkheid voor de aankopen op je. Je garandeert dat alle benodigde grondstoffen en goederen tijdig besteld en geleverd worden, zodat de productie nooit stilvalt. Voor het administratieve luik van dit aankoopbeheer kun je rekenen op uitstekende interne ondersteuning. Je combineert in deze rol een consequente, doelgerichte aanpak ('streng maar rechtvaardig') met diep respect voor al je medewerkers.

PROFIEL Vereisten

  • Ervaring: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een productieomgeving. Ervaring in de meubel- of slaapproductie is een absolute plus, maar geen harde eis.
  • Leiderschap: Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten, durft knopen door te hakken en communiceert altijd helder en direct.
  • Organisatie: Je werkt gestructureerd, planmatig en bewaart moeiteloos het helikopterzicht, zelfs wanneer meerdere afdelingen op volle toeren draaien.
  • Soft skills: Je bent resultaatgericht, maar verliest daarbij het menselijke aspect nooit uit het oog.
  • IT-kennis: Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-pakketten en hebt de didactische vaardigheden om collega’s hierin te coachen.
  • Talenkennis: Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (voertaal). Kennis van het Frans, Engels en/of Duits is een mooie troef.
