Als Leidinggevende Installatiemonteur ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de werkvloer en de uitvoerder. Je werkt zelf mee op de bouwplaats, maar draagt ook verantwoordelijkheid voor het team om je heen. Je weet hoe een installatie aangelegd moet worden en weet dat ook aan anderen over te brengen. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat het werk elke dag op schema ligt. - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van installatiemonteurs op de bouwplaats - Je verdeelt het werk, begeleidt collega's en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt - Je werkt zelf mee aan de uitvoering van WTB-installaties en geeft het goede voorbeeld - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk en stuurt bij waar nodig - Je schakelt met de uitvoerder over de voortgang, knelpunten en materiaalbehoeften - Je zorgt dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd op de bouwplaats Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de installatietechniek op niveau 3 of 4 - Je hebt ruime werkervaring als installatiemonteur en bent klaar voor de volgende stap - Je weet hoe je mensen aanstuurt zonder de sfeer te verliezen - Je bent een natuurlijke leider: je collega's weten je te vinden en jij staat voor ze klaar - Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en houdt het hoofd koel onder druk - Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B Functieoverzicht .
