Inhoud van de functie: Binnen Stichting Kringloop Alphen vindt er een veelheid aan bedrijfsactiviteiten plaats. De verscheidenheid aan taken voor elke medewerker is dan ook groot. Voor de vestiging in Alphen aan den Rijn zijn wij in verband met ziektevervanging op zoek naar een enthousiaste en resultaatgerichte leidinggevende. Je ondersteunt de bedrijfsleiding bij het bewaken van de bedrijfsprocessen van het ontvangen en ophalen van de spullen, de presentatie in de winkel en de verkoop en het eventueel bezorgen. Je geeft functioneel leiding aan de betrokken medewerkers, daarnaast draai je zelf mee op de afdelingen en springt in waar dit gewenst is. Je instrueert, motiveert en coacht. Je geeft ook leiding en sturing aan de diverse vestigingen bij afwezigheid van hun contactpersoon op de hoofdvestiging. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal verloop van alle inzamel- en verkoopactiviteiten en voor het beleid dat wordt gehanteerd. Je zorgt voor een representatieve inrichting en uitstraling van het innamepunt, het magazijn en de winkel. Kortom, je bent niet bang om het beste uit je team te halen en zelf ook de mouwen op te stropen. Wat hier is beschreven is nog maar een fractie van wat deze veelzijdige baan inhoudt!
