Voor de opening van onze gloednieuwe vestiging in Eext, zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige en ervaren leidinggevende voor de keuken. Iemand die niet alleen goed kan koken, maar vooral weet hoe je een keuken soepel laat draaien, een team aanstuurt en zorgt dat de kwaliteit iedere avond opnieuw hoog is. Over Bodega y Tapas Bodega y Tapas is een eigentijds en toegankelijk concept waar gastvrijheid, gezelligheid en goed eten centraal staan. Met inmiddels meerdere vestigingen in Noord-Nederland blijven we groeien. Iedere vestiging heeft zijn eigen karakter, maar overal staat dezelfde herkenbare Bodega y Tapas-beleving centraal: goed eten, een fijne sfeer en samen zorgen voor een geweldige avond voor onze gasten. Wat ga je doen? Als leidinggevende keuken ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de keuken. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team goed voorbereid aan de slag kan en dat alles tijdens een drukke avond soepel verloopt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Het dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het keukenteam • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, presentatie en snelheid van de gerechten • Zorgen voor een goede mise-en-place en efficiënte werkverdeling • Het maken en bewaken van de keukenplanning • Bestellingen plaatsen en voorraadbeheer • Toezien op HACCP, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid • Nieuwe medewerkers inwerken en collega's verder ontwikkelen • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de keuken • Zorgen voor een nette, georganiseerde en professionele keuken • Samenwerken met de bedrijfsleider en bediening om de hele avond soepel te laten verlopen Je staat zelf volop in de keuken.
