Als leidinggevende bij Okidoki stuur je meerdere locaties en vormen van opvang aan en ben je contactpersoon voor alle belanghebbenden en samenwerkingspartners van de door jouw aangestuurde locaties. Je draagt het pedagogisch kader "Ontdek het talent dat je bent" uit en stimuleert ontwikkeling in brede zin. Gelet op het dynamische karakter van de organisatie en de functie ben je in staat om de grote lijnen te blijven zien en deze goed te (laten) organiseren. Daarnaast ben je in staat om producten en activiteiten te bedenken, ontwikkelen en uit te (laten) werken.
