Al 42 jaar lang werd onze vastgoedpraktijk gedragen door een zeer gewaardeerde notarisklerk, die binnenkort van zijn welverdiende pensioen gaat genieten. Ter opvolging van deze belangrijke functie binnen ons kantoor zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ervaren notarisklerk Onroerend Goed.|| De functie Als notarisklerk Onroerend Goed ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zelfstandige behandeling van dossiers binnen de vastgoedpraktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met de notaris en (kandidaat-)notarissen en hebt dagelijks contact met cliënten, makelaars, banken en projectontwikkelaars. Daarnaast vervul je een belangrijke coördinerende en leidinggevende rol binnen het team. Je begeleidt collega's bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en draagt actief bij aan het opleiden en ontwikkelen van minder ervaren medewerkers. Je bent daarmee een herkenbaar aanspreekpunt binnen de vastgoedsectie.
