Du bist...

* verantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Controlling-Teams

* die zentrale Ansprechperson für sämtliche Controlling-Themen, insbesondere Kosten-, Investitions- und Vertriebscontrolling, Kalkulationen, Bestandsbewertungen

* zuständig für die Kostenrechnung und du erstellst Planungen und Forecasts

* verantwortlich für die Optimierung, Steuerung und Überwachung finanzieller und leistungsbezogener Prozesse sowie relevanter Kennzahlen

* die Person, die Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse gestaltet, verbessert und nachhaltig weiterentwickelt

* für aussagekräftige Reports und fundierte Abweichungsanalysen verantwortlich

* aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Vereinheitlichung der Controlling-Prozesse innerhalb der GRASS Gruppe beteiligt

* Sparringspartner:in für Management und Fachbereiche bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

Du hast...

* ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation

* sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling und Reporting idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und BI-Systemen

* Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Freude daran Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln

Entlohnung:

Das Dienstverhältnis unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für die Eisen- und Metallerzeugende Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über KV und ergibt sich aus Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung und orientiert sich am Regionalen Arbeitsmarkt.
