IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Als LeiterIn Crew Control (m/w/d) agieren Sie als zentrale Ansprechperson für die gesamte Crew der DO & CO Gruppe.

Ihr Hauptaufgabenbereich:

* Ansprechperson für das Koch -, Service- und Logistikteam bei nationalen & internationalen Großevents wie Formel 1, Fußball Welt- und Europameisterschaften, Golf- und Tennisturnieren oder Skirennen sowie privaten Events in Österreich

* Verantwortung für Mitarbeitereinteilung und Umsetzung der Dienstpläne

* Vertrauensvolle und lösungsorientierte Unterstützung unserer MitarbeiterInnen bei unmittelbaren Problemen im Arbeitsalltag

* Management von sämtlichen Flügen, Hotels und lokalen Transporten vor Ort

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

* 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem Umfeld mit vergleichbarem Anspruchsniveau wie DO & CO

* Liebe und offener Zugang zu Menschen

* Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Fähigkeit kleine Teams und Gruppen von bis zu 250 MitarbeiterInnen zu koordinieren

* Leidenschaft für Ihre Tätigkeit, Teamgeist und Verständnis andere mit Ihrer positiven Energie zu inspirieren

* Höchste soziale Kompetenz und Interesse MitarbeiterInnen auf ihrem Karriereweg zu unterstützen

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft zu großen Events

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Ihr Dienstort ist in Wien, innere Stadt, gleich bei der Wiener Staatsoper. Eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für Österreich ist erforderlich.
