Gehalt: ab 85.000 EUR all in je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Fit zu den Aufgaben

Du begeisterst dich für: * Führung & Entwicklung: Du leitest dein Team fachlich sowie disziplinär und stärkst nachhaltig unsere Qualitätskultur. * Reklamations- & Abweichungsmanagement: Du steuerst die strukturierte Bearbeitung von Kunde:innenreklamationen (8D) und stellst mittels Ursachenanalysen (Ishikawa, 5¿Why) eine dauerhafte Produktqualität sicher. Den Reklamationsprozess entwickelst du kontinuierlich weiter. * Moderation & Optimierung: Du treibst Problemlösungsprozesse voran, entwickelst das QM¿System weiter und schulst Kolleg:innen in relevanten Fachthemen. * Schnittstellenprofi: Du bist die professionelle Stimme zum/zur Kund:in, präsentierst Ergebnisse in Audits sowie im Werksmanagement und sorgst durch ein aussagekräftiges Reporting für Transparenz.

Diese Fähigkeiten bzw. Erfahrungen bringst du mit: * Führungspersönlichkeit Du blickst auf mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung zurück und verstehst es, dein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln. * Methoden-Expertise ISO 9001 und IATF 16949 sind dein Zuhause; gängige Tools wie FMEA, 8D, SPC, Ishikawa, 5 Why, Control-Planning wendest du sicher an.

* Kommunikationstalent Du agierst analytisch und durchsetzungsstark. Dein Profil wird durch sicheres Englisch sowie Routine in MS Office und ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) abgerundet.

* Fundierte Basis Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement / in der nachhaltigen Bearbeitung von Kund:innenreklamationen mit. Idealerweise aus dem Automotive-Umfeld.
