Als Seniorenzentren Linz bieten wir Menschen, die ihren Alltag alleine nicht mehr bewältigen können,

Wir suchen ab Dezember 1 Leiter_in des Betreuungs- und Pflegedienstes

für das Seniorenzentrum Neue Heimat

(40 Wochenstunden)

Sie haben ein Diplom der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Erfahrung im geriatrischen Bereich und

* denken an eine berufliche Veränderung

* wünschen sich Kontakt zu Menschen, Vielfalt und Abwechslung statt Monotonie, Stillstand oder Hektik

* möchten Ihre Flexibilität und Ihr Engagement in ein dynamisches Tätigkeitsfeld einbringen

* haben Organisationstalent und möchten Führungsverantwortung übernehmen

* bringen Reflexionsfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft zu Weiterentwicklung mit

* haben Interesse an der Steuerung von Pflege- und Betreuungsprozessen

* schätzen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Heimleitung und den Führungskräften im Haus, um

die strategischen Unternehmensziele sicherzustellen
