Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL, FH, Universität) sowie einschlägige Erfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf eines produzierenden Unternehmens oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation * Begeisterte*r und erfahrene*r Einkaufsprofi mit der Bereitschaft, auch in kritischen Beschaffungs- und Versorgungssituationen selbst operativ Verantwortung zu übernehmen * Fundierte Erfahrung im internationalen Sourcing, Lieferantenmanagement sowie in Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen * fundiertes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe, Materialversorgung, Bestandsmanagement und Supply-Chain-Zusammenhänge * Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter*innen zielorientiert zu führen, weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung klar zu übertragen * Hohe technische und kaufmännische Kompetenz sowie ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Ergebnisbewusstsein * Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und gängigen ERP- bzw.
