Wir suchen eine:n neue:n Kolleg:in 1 Leiter:in Installationsfachmarkt (m/w/d) Graz DARUM GEHT ES KONKRET

* Verantwortung: Du übernimmst die Leitung unseres Fachmarktes und trägst die fachliche, organisatorische sowie personelle Verantwortung.

* Verkauf: Mit deinem Fachwissen berätst du unsere Kunden und sorgst für den erfolgreichen Verkauf unserer Installations-, Sanitär- und Heizungsprodukte.

* Abwicklung: Du managst Reklamationen, bist für die Kassa- und Inventurführung zuständig und stellst die korrekte Warenübernahme sicher.

* Fachkenntnisse: Du bringst solides Wissen im Bereich Sanitär- und Heiztechnik mit und hast idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt.

* Kundennähe: Deine Stärke liegt im Verkauf und in der direkten Kommunikation mit Kunden.

* Organisation: Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität und setzt Aufgaben zuverlässig um.

* Engagement: Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mit Motivation voranzugehen, ist für dich selbstverständlich.

DAS KANNST DU VON UNS ERWARTEN

* Einarbeitung: Eine umfassende Einschulung durch erfahrene Kolleg:innen, die dich bestmöglich auf deine Aufgaben vorbereitet.

* Arbeitszeiten: Familienfreundliche und geregelte Zeiten: Montag bis Donnerstag 07:00 - 17:00 Uhr, Freitag 07:00 - 13:00 Uhr.

* Vergütung: Ein attraktives Gehalt, angepasst an deine Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttolohn beträgt EUR 43.500,- jährlich. Zusätzliche leistungsbezogene Vergütung inklusive.
