Als Leiter:in Qualitätsmanagement übernimmst du eine zentrale Führungsrolle in einem international erfolgreichen Industrieunternehmen. Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements, führst ein großes Team und stellst höchste Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Produktions- und Lieferkette sicher. An einem modernen Standort in Kirchdorf gestaltest du Audits, Qualitätsprozesse und nachhaltige Optimierungen aktiv mit.

Gehalt:

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 120.000 inklusive variabler Gehaltsbestandteile vorgesehen. Zusätzlich steht dir ein Firmenwagen zur uneingeschränkten privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation, Erfahrung und beruflichen Expertise und wird gemeinsam festgelegt.

Dein Job als Leiter:in Qualitätsmanagement:

- Gesamtverantwortung für die Abteilung Qualitätsmanagement mit 60 Mitarbeiter:innen

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Führungskräfte und Teams

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Qualitätsmanagement Automotive

- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements inkl. Optimierungen und Innovationen unter Einsatz moderner QM-Methoden

- Steuerung der operativen Aufgaben wie tägliche Qualitätssicherung, Reklamations- und Fehlermanagement sowie Auditleitung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement

- Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits und Zertifizierungen (z. B. ISO 9001 Automotive)

- Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Qualitätsstrategie in der Produktion und Lieferkette

Das bringst du mit - dein Profil für unseren Job in Kirchdorf:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit langjähriger Führungserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines Unternehmens der Automobil- oder Zulieferindustrie

- Fundierte Expertise im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement Automotive sowie in der Qualitätsstrategie Produktion

- Analytische, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter strategischer Weitblick Sehr gute Methodenkompetenz im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Lieferantenqualität / Supplier Quality Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Kommunikationskompetenz Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft zu internationaler Reisetätigkeit (bis ca. 20 %)
