Wir setzen vorwiegend in Wien größere Metallbauprojekte von der Planung, Fertigung bis hin zur fertigen Montage um und sind am Markt bestens platziert. Unsere Kunden sind öffentliche Auftraggeber, Wohnbaugenossenschaften sowie Bauunternehmen.

Für unsere Schlosserei im 23. Bezirk von Wien suchen wir eine erfahrene Leitungsperson. 1 Leiter/in Schlosserei (m/w/d)mit Spezifikation Planung und Koordination der Montage - Einsätze

Aufgabenbereich

In Ihrer Rolle erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

* Kurz- und langfristige Terminplanung der Fertigungs- und Montageaufträge

* Einteilung der MitarbeiterInnen nach Qualifikation und Verfügbarkeit

* enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und dem Einkauf

* regelmäßige Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit den Projekt-, Fertigungs- und Montageleitern

* Überwachung der Termine und des Projektfortschrittes

* Fachliche Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter/innen

* Laufende Dokumentation und Rückmeldung an die Geschäftsführung

Anforderungsprofil

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung/ Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Metallbau

* Erfahrung in der Einsatz- oder Montageplanung

* Kenntnisse mit ERP-/Planungssoftware und MS Office

* Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit

Gehalt

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt 4.160,28 € brutto pro Monat (auf 38,5 Stunden Basis). Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei 4.160,28 € brutto pro Monat (auf 38,5 Stunden Basis), das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das Gehalt wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt. Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Eisen- und metallverarbeitendes Gewerbe.

Überstunden

Anfallende Überstunden werden in Form von Zeitausgleich abgegolten.
