1 LEITER_IN SOFTWARE-ENTWICKLUNG ANLAGENBAU (CAD/CAE/PLM) Hintergrund: Die Themen rund um Software für die Anlagenbau-Planung liegen aktuell in unserer IT-Abteilung und werden nun als eigener Geschäftsbereich ausgegliedert - wir sehen hier einen wichtigen Wachstumsmarkt für die kommenden Jahre. Im Zentrum steht die Entwicklung eines neuen Anlagenbau-PLM-Systems mit Schnittstellen zu etablierten Lösungen im Bereich Rohrleitungskonstruktion (z. B. AVEVA, SmartPlant, Plant3D), Rohrstatik (z. B. Rohr2, Caesar2), Stahlbau (z. B. Tekla) und Stahlbau-Statik (z. B. SCIA), sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender, selbst programmierter Tools (C#, PML) zur Marktreife.

Unsere Anforderungen: * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Software-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Aufbau- oder Change-Erfahrung * Fundierte technische Expertise im Bereich C#/.NET, Datenbanken, Webapplikationen und Datenmanagement * Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter SW-Entwicklung, KI-Agenten und KI-Agenten-Management * Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung für den Anlagenbau, Engineering- oder Industrieumfeld von Vorteil * Grundlegendes Verständnis technischer Zusammenhänge * Kenntnisse gängiger Anlagenbau-CAD/CAE-Lösungen (z. B. AVEVA, SmartPlant, Plant3D, Rohr2, Caesar2, Tekla, SCIA) sind ein Plus * Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Produkt- und Marktorientierung * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Fachabteilungen zur Entwicklung marktfähiger Produkte * Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln * Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Gute Englischkenntnisse

Deine Aufgaben: * Aufbau der neuen Software-Abteilung von Grund auf - organisatorisch, personell und kulturell * Rekrutierung, Entwicklung und Führung eines Teams von Software-Entwickler:innen und weiteren Fachkräften * Etablierung geeigneter Entwicklungsprozesse, Methoden und Qualitätsstandards mit Berücksichtigung moderner KI-Werkzeuge * Gemeinsame Entwicklung des Produktportfolios mit Vertriebs- und Fachexperten * Definition und Umsetzung der strategischen Roadmap für das neue Anlagenbau-PLM-System * Konzeption von Schnittstellen zu bestehenden CAD/CAE-Lösungen (u. a. AVEVA, SmartPlant, Plant3D, Rohr2, Caesar2, Tekla, SCIA) * Weiterentwicklung bestehender, selbst entwickelter Tools (C#, PML) zur Marktreife * Sicherstellung einer zukunftsfähigen technischen Architektur auf Basis von C#/.NET * Enge Abstimmung mit der IT-Abteilung im Zuge der Ausgliederung der bestehenden Agenden * Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Produktchancen
