Wir suchen ab sofort 1 LEITER_IN STATIK - BETONFERTIGTEILE Als Führungspersönlichkeit übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unseren gruppenweit agierenden Bereich Statik und stellst die hohe Qualität aller baustatischen Berechnungen sicher. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team begleitest du spannende Projekte von der Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und unterstützt dabei Kunden, Vertrieb, Projektleitung und Bautechnik mit deinem Fachwissen.

Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für anspruchsvolle statische Fragestellungen und Großprojekte und gestaltest die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Statik innerhalb der OBERNDORFER Gruppe aktiv mit.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder konstruktiver Ingenieurbau (TU, FH)

* Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Stahlbetonbau

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Experten- oder Projektteams

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Software-Anwendungen und Statikprogrammen

* Deutschkenntnisse für die Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Analytisches Denkvermögen, strategischer Weitblick und unternehmerische Haltung

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Hands-on-Mentalität

* Die marktübliche Vergütung für diese Position wird anhand deiner Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen im KV der Stein & keramischen Industrie eingestuft und beträgt auf Basis Vollzeit € 85.000,- bis € 120.000,- brutto/Jahr.
