Leiter:in und Elementarpädagog:in

Teilzeit, 35,50 Wochenstunden

Voraussichtliche Dienstzeiten: Mo: 06:45-15:15 Uhr, Di: 07:45 -13:45 Uhr,

Mi-Do: 07:00-15:15 Uhr, Fr: 07:30-13:30 Uhr

Aufgabenbereiche:

* Leitung der 2-gruppigen Kinderbildungseinrichtung mit fünf weiteren Mitarbeiter:innen

* Führung einer Kindergartengruppe nach den Richtlinien des Kärntner Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungsgesetzes

* Verantwortungsvolle und bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung von Kindern im Alter von 1-6 Jahren

* Beobachtung, Planung, Reflexion und Dokumentation der Bildungs- und Erziehungsarbeit

* Umsetzung des Bundesbildungsrahmenplans und des religionspädagogischen Rahmenplans

Voraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Elementarpädagogik (BAfEP/Kolleg, Nostrifizierung Land Kärnten) sowie ein abgeschlossener Leitungslehrgang

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Einfühlungsvermögen sowie ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern und Erziehungsberechtigten

* Bereitschaft zum Feiern von Festen im kirchlichen Jahreskreis

* Christlich-soziale Grundhaltung

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt brutto 3.374,92 € pro Monat (Vollzeit/37 Wochenstunden) zzgl. einer Leitungszulage.
