Fortschritt beginnt mit Ihnen und Ihren Ideen! Übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle HKLS- und Energieprojekte - von der ersten Akquise bis zum laufenden Betrieb unserer Heizzentralen - und gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit uns die nachhaltige Energiezukunft aktiv mit.

Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Gewerbeberechtigung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungstechnik, Handel und Energieversorgung wünschenswert

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HKLS-Bereich, idealerweise in der Energieversorgung oder im Betrieb von Heizzentralen (Fernwärme, Gas, Wärmepumpe, Pellets)

* Fundiertes technisches Know-how in HKLS sowie solides Basiswissen in MSR und GLT

* Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, Entscheidungsstärke und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Investoren und Bauträgern

* Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Normen, Richtlinien und Gesetzen (z. B. HeizKG) sowie mit Microsoft 365 und fachspezifischer Software

* Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und Fokus auf Optimierung bestehender Anlagen sowie Erkennen neuer Chancen

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Gesamtverantwortung für technische Themen - von der Projektakquise bis zum laufenden Betrieb von Heizzentralen

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Energiekonzepte im Zusammenspiel mit erneuerbaren Energiequellen gemeinsam mit Konzern- und Projektpartnern (Betrachtung von wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gesichtspunkten)

* Koordination von Planung, Bau und Inbetriebnahme sowie Steuerung externer und interner Projektbeteiligter

* Ansprechpartner:in für Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Hausverwaltungen bei technischen Fragestellungen und in anspruchsvollen Betriebssituationen

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen, wirtschaftlichen und effizienten Anlagenbetriebs sowie laufende technische Optimierung bestehender Systeme

* Sparring mit der kaufmännischen Leitung
