1 Leiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d) Als Leiter Instandhaltung (f/m/x) übernimmst du die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für unser Instandhaltungsteam und entwickelst den Bereich strategisch weiter. Du sorgst für hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit, etablierst präventive Wartungsstrukturen und treibst technische Optimierungen voran.

Deine Mission * Instandhaltung strategisch weiterentwickeln: Du entwickelst die Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsorganisation für unser neues Produktionswerk sowie die bestehende Produktion in Schrems weiter und etablierst effiziente Strukturen und Prozesse. * Team führen und organisieren: Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für das Instandhaltungsteam - inklusive Personal- und Schichtplanung, Schulungen und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung. * Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicherstellen: Du verantwortest Wartung, Instandhaltung, Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung und koordinierst interne Ressourcen sowie externe Servicepartner. * Präventive Instandhaltung etablieren: Du baust Wartungsprozesse im ERP inklusive Anlagenverzeichnis, Anlagentagebuch und Checklisten auf, entwickelst TPM-Strukturen weiter und verantwortest Ersatzteilmanagement sowie Serviceverträge. * Performance steuern und optimieren: Du etablierst und monitorst Kennzahlen wie Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Auslastung und Stillstandzeiten und leitest daraus KVP- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab. * Automatisierung vorantreiben: Du konzeptionierst technische Lösungen und Automatisierungen - von Hilfsvorrichtungen bis zu kleineren Maschinen und Anlagen.

Dein Profil * Technisches Know-how: Du verfügst über eine hohe technische Affinität, verstehst komplexe Produktionsprozesse und bringst Erfahrung mit ERP- und MES-Systemen mit. * Fundierte Instandhaltungserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie umfassendes Know-how rund um Produktionsanlagen, Maschinen und relevante Normen mit. * Führungs- und Organisationsstärke: Du kannst Teams fachlich führen, Prioritäten setzen und Abläufe strukturiert, selbstständig und vorausschauend organisieren. * Analytisches und strategisches Denken: Du arbeitest kennzahlenorientiert, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst nachhaltige technische und organisatorische Lösungen. * Kommunikations- und Teamstärke: Du arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend, kommunizierst souverän und bringst Themen gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen voran. * Hands-on-Mentalität und Reisebereitschaft: Du verbindest strategischen Weitblick mit einer lösungsorientierten Hands-on-Mentalität, packst an, wenn es darauf ankommt, und bringst eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 15 % mit.
