Mit starker Logistik, modernen Produktionsanlagen und digitalen Lösungen entwickeln wir den Holzhandel laufend weiter. 1 Leiter Konsolidierung und Steuern (m/w/d)

Diese Aufgaben VERTRAUEN wir Ihnen an!

* Sie sind zuständig für die Leitung der Abteilung Konsolidierung und Steuern mit 3 Mitarbeiter/innen.

* Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung des UGB Konzernabschlusses.

* Sie verantworten die internen Verrechnungspreise und deren Dokumentation.

* Sie sind Ansprechpartner für steuerliche Themen.

* Sie wirken bei M&A aus buchhalterischer und steuerlicher Perspektive mit.

* Sie arbeiten bei Digitalisierungsprojekten in der Buchhaltung sowie bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten mit (z.B.: ESG Reporting).

* Sie entwickeln den Konzernstandard weiter.

* Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für Landesbuchhaltungen, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberatungen.

Das QUALIFIZIERT Sie für diese Position!

* Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium.

* Sie haben idealerweise die Steuerberaterprüfung abgeschlossen.

* Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

* Sie kennen sich sehr gut mit MS-Office aus, insbesondere mit Excel.

* Sie verfügen über Problemlösungskompetenz gepaart mit Hands-On Mentalität.

* Sie arbeiten eigenständig, eigeninitiativ und agieren als Teamplayer.

* Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft mit.

Selbstverständlich verdienen Sie eine faire Entlohnung für Ihren Einsatz. Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt von € 95.000,- brutto/Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Bei entsprechender Vorerfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
