Für unsere Niederlassung am Standort in Wien Liesing suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt: Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Leitung sowie den strategischen Ausbau und die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Niederlassung Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des lokalen Teams Verantwortung für Umsatz, Kosten und Ergebnis der Niederlassung Aktiver Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen im Edelmetall- Handel, in der Industrie und bei institutionellen Partnern Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach außen sowie Teilnahme an Branchennetzwerken und relevanten Veranstaltungen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, insbesondere im Bereich Edelmetall-Handel und Compliance Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachbereichen in der Zentrale in Deutschland Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation z.B. zum Fachwirt (m/w/d) oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Edelmetallbranche oder edelmetallverarbeitenden Industrie Gute Kenntnisse im Edelmetall-Handel, im Edelmetall-Recycling oder der Schmuckherstellung mit Schwerpunkt Edelmetalle Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Office 365 und SAP/R3 bzw. SAP S4 HANA Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen Unser Angebot Einen abwechslungsreichen und herausfordernden Arbeitsplatz Intensive und umfassende Einarbeitung Ein motiviertes und kompetentes Team in einem offenen und modernen Unternehmen Vergütung auf Basis 38,5 Stunden mit Monatsbezug ab brutto 3.471,00 EUR nach Handelskollektivvertrag.
