Wir erweitern das Team unseres Forschungsstandorts bei Laa/Thaya um eine_n 1 Leiter Technik & Investitionsplanung (m/w/d) Zuständigkeiten:

* Leitung der Abteilung Technik und Investitionsplanung sowie Führung eines Teams von erfahrenen Projektmanagern

* Hauptverantwortung für das Investitionsbudget des Standortes

* Gesamtleitung Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten unter Einhaltung der definierten Kosten-, Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung des langfristigen Investitionsprogramms und des technischen Projektmanagements

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten sicherheits-, bau-, wasser-, gewerbe- und umweltrechtlichen Auflagen

* Berücksichtigung von Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit bereits im Planungsprozess technischer Anlagen und Umbauten

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen sowie Weiterentwicklung des technischen Prozess-Know-hows

* Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Prozess-, Massen- und Energiebilanzen sowie vollständiger Projektdokumentationen

* Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des Energiemanagementsystems gemäß ISO 50001

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der relevanten Qualitäts- und Zertifizierungsanforderungen

Qualifikation:

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, vorzugsweise in Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, oder Technische Chemie.

* Berufserfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld

* Mindestens fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kompetenz in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams

* Sehr gute planerische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken

* Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung technischer Investitionsprojekte

* Ausgeprägtes Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und verbindliches Auftreten

* Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP

* gute Englischkenntnisse

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend
