Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn andere gerade abtauchen? Du führst gerne ein Team, packst selbst an und sorgst mit Herz und Professionalität dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohl fühlen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Für unseren Bade- und Saunabereich suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, ihr Team motiviert und gleichzeitig dort ist, wo das Val Blu Erlebnis stattfindet: direkt bei unseren Gästen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unseres Bade- und Saunameister-Teams

* Erste Ansprechperson für deine Mitarbeiter sowie Geschäftsführer und Teamleiter

* Sorgst für eine verlässliche Dienstplanung und einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Professionelle Einschulung und Begleitung bei neuen Kollegen

* Optimierst Abläufe und Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein

* Betreust unsere Gäste im Hallenbad, Freibad und in der Saunalandschaft

* Schaffst besondere Wohlfühlmomenten mit Saunaaufgüssen

* Behältst Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Qualität im Blick

Du bringst mit

* Berufserfahrung im Bade-, Sauna- oder Freizeitbereich

* Ausbildung als Bade- und Saunameister

* gültige Erste-Hilfe-Ausbildung

* Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und echte Gastgebermentalität

* freundliches, souveränes und representatives Auftreten

* selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Flexibilität
