in einer Stabstelle Zahlen führen & Zukunft gestalten Für unseren Kunden, eine international tätige Unternehmensgruppe im Bereich erneuerbarer Energie, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Leitung der zentralen Buchhaltung und des Controllings. In dieser Schlüsselposition arbeitest Du eng mit den Geschäftsführungen mehrerer sich ergänzenden Firmen zusammen und gestaltest die

kaufmännischen Prozesse der Gruppe aktiv mit.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Buchhaltung der Holding und sechs Tochtergesellschaften

* Controlling und Entscheidungsvorbereitung

* kaufmännische Begleitung von Geschäftsführersitzungen

* Führung eines kleinen Teams

* Optimierung von Belegläufen und Prozessen

* Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstellen zwischen BMD, ERP und CRM

DEINE PERSÖNLICHKEIT:

* analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* klare, wertschätzende Kommunikation, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion

* Organisationstalent, Prozessdenken und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* sozialkompetent, diskret, eigeninitiativ mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch

DEIN FACHLICHES PROFIL:

* mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in Buchhaltung und Controlling

* Controller-Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung

* sehr gute BMD-Kenntnisse oder vergleichbare Systemerfahrung

* Führungserfahrung oder nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz

* Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und verantwortungsvollem KI-Einsatz

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
