Ihr Aufgabengebiet * Gesamtverantwortung für Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Liquiditätsplanung * Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets, Forecasts und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen * Laufende Analyse von Umsatz, Kosten, Deckungsbeiträgen und Projektergebnissen * Kaufmännisches Projektcontrolling sowie Vor- und Nachkalkulation von Aufträgen * Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kosten- und Ergebnisrechnung * Verantwortung für Zahlungsverkehr, Forderungsmanagement und Liquiditätssteuerung * Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen * Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Reporting- und Controlling-Strukturen * Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in kaufmännischen Prozessen und internen Abläufen * Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Banken, Versicherungen und weiteren externen Partnern * Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen, wirtschaftlichen und investitionsbezogenen Entscheidungen * Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen * Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im kaufmännischen Bereich * Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Projektleitung und Technik

Anforderungen * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. wirtschaftliches Studium * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Leitung, als Head of Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren leitenden Position * Erfahrung in einem technischen, projektorientierten oder handwerklichen Unternehmen von Vorteil * Sehr gutes Verständnis für Bilanz, GuV, Kostenrechnung und Liquiditätsplanung * Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling und in der Nachkalkulation von Vorteil * Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse * Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis * Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Führungskompetenz sowie eine klare und verbindliche Kommunikation

Arbeitszeiten * Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche) * Montag- Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell
