Wir sind ein erfolgreicher Gesundheitsdienstleister in einer wachsenden Branche im oberösterreichischen Zentralraum und zeichnen uns durch internationale Ausrichtung aus. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen 1 Leitung Controlling (w/m/d) Was wir Ihnen zutrauen

* Fachliche und disziplinare Leitung des Controlling Teams (4 MitarbeiterInnen)

* Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting der betreuten Gesellschaften

* Aktive Steuerung und Begleitung der S/4 Hana-Transformation aus Controlling Sicht: Definition der Anforderungen, Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Reporting-Strukturen, enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, anderen Fachabteilungen und externen Partner

* Verantwortung für die Migration und Weiterentwicklung der BI-Landschaft (von Qlik auf IBM TM1)

* Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, KPI?s und Steuerungsinstrumenten

* Proaktives Erkennen und fundierte Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management

* Sparring-Partner für Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche in allen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

* Förderung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams entlang der definierten Führungsprinzipien in der Unterehmensgruppe

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsinformatik

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einer leitenden Funktion

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP (insbesondere CO, Erfahrung mit S/4 Hana von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit BI-Systemen (idealerweise TM1 und Power BI)

* Ausgeprägtes prozessuales Verständnis sowie hohe IT-Affinität

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* Hands-On-Mentalität sowie Freude daran, Verändungen aktiv zu gestalten
